These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the website and/or completing the registration for a class or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by My Yoga Playground without notice at any time, for any reason.
Content Usage & Copyright
Your use of the website and its Contents grants no rights to you in relation to any copyright, designs, trademarks and all other intellectual property and material rights relating to the Content. All such Content including third party trademarks, designs, and related intellectual property rights mentioned or displayed on this website are protected by national intellectual property and other laws and international treaty provisions. You are permitted to use the Content only as expressly authorised by My Yoga Playground. Any reproduction or redistribution of the above listed Content is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties. Without limiting the foregoing, copying and use of the above listed materials to any other server, location or support for publication, reproduction or distribution is expressly prohibited. In addition to the Intellectual property rights mentioned above, "Content" is defined as any graphics, photographs, including all image rights, sounds, music, video, audio or text on this website.
Online Store Terms
My Yoga Playground welcomes legitimate purchases from anyone over the age of 18 with a valid credit/debit card. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it. Although every effort is made to ensure the quantities and products are up to date on the website, very occasionally some items may not be available after you have placed an order for them. If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible via email and you can choose to either proceed with the remainder of your order and select an alternative item, or be refunded for the cost of the unavailable item.
If you would like to make an international order of more than 5 decks of the Rainbow Chakra Yoga & Mindfulness Cards, please get in touch before making your order online as shipping rates to your country of destination will need to be confirmed prior to purchase. If you process an order of this kind without reaching out to us first, your order may be cancelled.
Please note, the crystal tumbled stones and crystal chip bracelets sold on on the online store can be considered a choking hazard for young children so please use your own judgement when purchasing these items. The Essential Oil blends are not suitable for children under the age of 3 and should not be ingested at all. If you purchase these items, My Yoga Playground does not accept any responsibility or liability for any loss or damages suffered.
Payment
Payment can be made by credit/debit card via Stripe. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to My Yoga Playground, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Pre-Orders
Occasionally some products will be made available for sale on our website as a PRE ORDER. This means that the stock hasn't arrived to us yet, but we are offering it for pre sale, to allow you to secure the stock. These items will be marked as PRE ORDER, with an estimated date for arrival listed in the item description.
We do NOT offer returns or exchanges on pre order items.
If you purchase an item on pre order, you will receive a confirmation of your order. You will hear from us again when the item is in stock and ready to ship, we will then send you a shipping confirmation. We will get in touch if the expected date of arrival of your pre ordered item changes.
If you order more than one item, and any one of them is a PRE ORDER, your entire order won't be shipped until everything is in stock. If there are other items you wish to receive right away please place two separate orders, one for the PRE ORDER item and one for the others.
Modification to Prices and Products
Prices of our classes, workshops, products, shipping and other charges displayed on this website are current at the time of display. They are also subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a class, workshop or product (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
Sales will happen without previous notice. My Yoga Playground does not take any responsibility if items are purchased full price and then the item goes on sale afterwards. The discount codes will only be valid to the dates stated and after they have expired cannot be used again. Discount codes will not be valid during sale periods.
Waiver of Liability for Classes and Workshops
My Yoga Playground is committed to making classes and workshops safe and accessible for all. That said, when registering and booking into a session, all parents/guardians will be asked to acknowledge and consent to a waiver of liability before participating in a class or workshop.

The images on this website are representative of the styles and products available, exact products can vary slightly from the images, particularly our crystal collection. Due to the nature of crystals, the exact colour, sizes and exact shapes will vary slightly due to the fact that each is totally unique. Each crystal is selected for each order. If you have a particular request please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate it.
