Domestic shipping
For shipping within Australia, we currently use Australia Post to send all orders. Shipping rates below:
Standard post with tracking = $10 (Please allow 3-5 business days standard delivery. For delivery to WA or remote areas, please allow 5-10 business days).
Express post with tracking =$15 (Please allow 1-3 business days for express post delivery).
All orders are packed and despatched within 1-3 business days, once payment has been successfully received. We will send you a confirmation email with tracking number when your order has been shipped to the email entered at checkout. Please check junk/spam folders. If the confirmation email still hasn’t arrived 3 business days after your order was made, please contact us at hello@myyogaplayground.com.au.
Please ensure you enter your shipping address correctly. After an order has been shipped, we are unable to update the address details or arrange for it to be shipped to a different address; you will need to contact Australia Post. If the order is returned to us due to incorrect address, we can arrange re-delivery but a re-delivery postage charge of $15 will apply.
All delivery time frames are estimates only and My Yoga Playground will not be held accountable for delivery delays or reasons beyond our control. My Yoga Playground will not be held liable for any loss or damages incurred as a result of or in connection with delayed deliveries. Cancellations will not be accepted due to a delivery being late.
International Shipping
International Shipping rates are based on weight and are calculated at checkout. Please be aware that all product prices, and shipping rates indicated and payments made on this site are in Australian Dollar (AUD) currency.
Delivery time estimates: 10-20 business days depending on final destination.

Please note that if you would like to make an international order of more than 5 decks of the Rainbow Chakra Yoga & Mindfulness Cards, please get in touch before making your order online as shipping rates to your country of destination will need to be confirmed prior to purchase. If you process an order of this kind without reaching out to us first, your order may be cancelled.

International Taxes and Duties
Please be aware that if you are purchasing our products from outside of Australia, you may be charged customs duties and taxes at the final destination. These duties and taxes are not included in the price of the products and are not included in the overall shipping cost.
My Yoga Playground is not responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer.
My Yoga Playground cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case.
