What is My Yoga Playground’s return and exchange policy?
For the Online Store:
Please choose carefully as we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on products due to change of mind.
All products have been made and packaged with love and care. My Yoga Playground will not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred once the products are despatched with Australia Post.
Please let us know within 24hrs if there are items missing from your order by emailing hello@myyogaplayground.com.au
For Classes or Workshops:
All classes and workshops are non-refundable once paid. If for some reason, you can no longer attend a class or workshop, a friend or family member can attend in your place, otherwise the ticket is forfeited.
What is My Yoga Playground’s cancellation policy?
For the Online Store:
Once you order has been confirmed and paid, you cannot cancel your order.
If you would like to add products to your order and it has not been despatched yet, please let us know by emailing hello@myyogaplayground.com.au.
My Yoga Playground reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason and you will be informed of the cancellation immediately. If payment has been processed, the total amount will be credited back to the original method of payment.
For Classes or Workshops:
All classes and workshops are non-refundable once paid. If for some reason, you can no longer attend a class or workshop, a friend or family member can attend in your place, otherwise the ticket is forfeited. At the teacher’s discretion, a credit may be issued.
If the teacher has to cancel a class or workshop due to illness or family reasons, a substitute teacher may teach the class. Otherwise, all students will receive a full refund or credit to be used at a later date.

What should I bring and wear to class?
Please dress in comfortable clothes you can safely move around in. Please bring a yoga mat (or a towel or picnic mat if participating in an outdoor class), and a drink bottle.
I have booked into Yoga in the Park, but the weather forecast doesn’t look good?
If the weather is not looking promising for Yoga in the Park, all students will be advised via email and/or mobile of its cancellation and rescheduled date.
